Automatic Casing Feeding 
The vibratory bowl works with a belt conveyor to supply casings, and sensors identify the positive/negative poles of casings toprevent mixing and ensure production continuity. 
Automatic Pressure Block Feeding 
The vibratory bowl is paired with a linear feeding mechanism to supply pressure blocks, Sensors detect the presence of materials: the eauipment operates when materials are available, stops when materials are exhausted, and triggers audio-visual alarms

Wire Stripping 
Equipped with a servo-driven wire stripping device, allowing blade depth adjustment via parameters, High-strength bladesensure smooth cuts without damaging copper wires. 
Casing-Wire Resistance Welding 
Utilizes a medium-frequency inverter resistance welding system to achieve wire flattening and casing-wire welding throughprecise control ofwelding current, time, and pressure parameters.The resistance welding system integrates a dynamic monitoring module for realtime welding quality feedback. 

Externalpressure and displacement sensors in the welding mechanism continuously monitor quality, automatically rejecting defectiveproducts. 
Pressure Block Ultrasonic Welding 
Features a closed-loop controlled ultrasonic welding system that precisely regulates ultrasonic amplitude via frequencyfeedback,ensuring high-strength welding between pressure blocks and casings.Post-weldingheight is rechecked using displacement sensors. 
Diode Performance Testing

A specialized diode tester automatically measures core parameters (e.., forward voltage drop, reverse leakage current) andgenerates/saves Excel reports. 
Casing Laser Marking 
. A fiber laser marker engraves production dates, batch numbers, OR codes, etc, on casing sides to support fullifecycle traceability 
Servo Sorting Robot Arm 
Oualified and defective products are automaticallysorted based on test results
