Active Wire Pay-off + Tension Control

. Utilizes an active wire pay-off rack combined with a tension transmission rack to dynamically adjust cable tension in realtime, preventing wire slack or deformation from pulling. Ensures stable and smooth wire feeding.

Dual-Servo Driven Precise Wire Feeding

Dual-servo motors 协同(协同) with rotary encoders form a closed-loop control system. Cable feeding length is preciselycontrolled via pulse counting, with length error strictly limited to 0.1%, meeting high-precision cutting requirements andreducing material waste.

Cutting&Stripping Processes

Both cutting and wire stripping are driven by servo motors, Blade positions can be adjusted via parameter settings withoutmechanical calibration,enabling quick switching between different wire specifications.

Terminal Crimping & Vision Inspection

Equipped with a Bozhiwang 4-ton terminal machine and Taiwan Fengcheng terminal molds, Integrated with CCD vision andpressure sensors to monitor terminal crimping in real time, ensuring no fly wires, broken wires, or missing wires.

Connector Feeding

Uses a vertical vibration bowl feeding system with a directional alignment track to keep connector nuts secure duringfeeding, eliminating loosening risks. An optical sensor at the feeding port monitors material supply, triggering automaticalarms and line stops when materials are low.

1.Terminal lnsertion Detection: High-precision displacement sensors at the terminal insertion station monitor insertiondepth and position, automatically rejecting unqualified products.
