Dual-Servo Linkage for Precise Coiling

3D Motion Control System: Achieved through the coordination of a servo lead screw mechanism and a servo rotary motor:Servo Lead Screw: Utilizes a high-precision ground lead screw with +0.02mm positioning accuracy to ensure uniform axial feeding during cable coiling.  
Servo Rotary Motor: Equipped with a high-torque, low-inertia servo motor supporting 0-360° rotation. The dual-servosystem is cooperatively controlled via PLC programming, with coiling size errors <±lmm. 

Intelligent Strapping for High Efficiency and Stability.

Automatic Strap Feeding: Features a built-in vibratory bowl-type strap feeding system, combined with pneumatic grippers  
for automatic strap feeding and tightening.  
Precision Strapping, Process: Real-time monitoring of strapping force via sensors maintains strap tension at 8-12N (adjust. able), ensuring secure cable bundling without damaging the cable sheath. 

Easy Operation and Flexible Adaptation 

Digital Settings: input coiling parameters and strapping positions via a 10-inch touchscreen. The equipment automaticallymatches motion traiectories and process parameters to quickly respond to multi-specification production needs.

Fault Self-Diagnosis: Integrated sensor monitoring system provides real-time feedback on anomalies (such as strap block.ages) and accurately locates fault points through audio-visual alarms and screen prompts. The average maintenanceresponse time is <5 minutes to ensure continuous and stable equipment operation.
