Dual-Axis Servo Coordinated 

ControlCoiling Control: The servo motor drives the coiling spindle for stepless speed regulation..Vertical Position Linkage: Another set of servo motors drives the linear module to control the vertical stroke of the cableduring coiling, ensuring uniform 3D distribution of the coil and adapting to requirements for different numbers of coilingturns. lt can complete trajectories such as "spiral ascending coiling" and "planar stacked coiling".

Intelligent Strap System 

Built-in Vibratory Bowl-Type Strap Feeding System: Combined with pneumatic grippers to achieve automatic strapfeeding and tightening.  
Real-Time Strap Tension Monitoring via Sensors: Strap tightening force is controlled at 8-12N (adjustable), ensuring securecable bundling without looseness and avoiding damage to the cable sheath due to excessive tightness.

Junction Box Positioning and Angle Adjustment Mechanism 

Angle Adjustment Mechanism: Driven by a servo motor rotating platform, supporting arbitrary angle locking from 0-90°ensuring the junction box bottom is perpendicular to the coiling spindle.

2D Vision Camera: Captures the edge of the iunction box bottom, calculates the offset through algorithms, and controls the  
servo motor for automatic adiustment.

Quick switching and Modular Compatibility

Quick-Change lnterface for fixtures: Adapts to different coiling diameters and wire lengths. Can be disassembled with awrench,requiring no professional tools or technicians.
