Automatic Assembly

1.Vibration Bowl+ Belt Conveyor Feeding System    
Synchronously auto-feeds positive, neutral, and negative casings, as well as diodes, via a combination of vibration bowls. and belt conveyors.

Sensors identify casing/diode models and orientations to prevent manual loading errors, ensuring efficient process initiation. (Optional diode cutting process available.)  2.Precision Alignment via Robot Arm & lndexing Table  Achieves accurate casing-diode alignment with positioning accuracy of +0.lmm through robotic arms and indexing tables.   

Cold-Hot Riveting Technology

Constant-Temperature Heating Mold with ±5°C temperature control precision.  Switches between cold pressing and thermal riveting based on product requirements to ensure secure connections and  precise casing-diode assembly.   

VisualAppearanceInspection

Detects assembly misalignment, component shortages, surface scratches, and plastic rivet defects.    
Verifies diode batch numbers and character integrity.    
Inspection speed >20 pieces/minute with defect recognition accuracy >99.5%   

Diode Performance Testing

Measures key parameters: forward voltage, reverse leakage current, conduction characteristics, etc.

Supports multi-channel parallel testing.    
Automatically records and archives test data in Excel format.  

Casing Laser Marking

System memorizes test results: marks only passed diodes; no marking for failed ones.   
Uses fiber laser markers for permanent identification (e.g., production date, batch number, OR code).

Finished Product Discharge & Sorting

Discharge system integrates automatic sorting and counting functions, diverting good and defective products into separatechannels.Defectiveitems are routed to rework or scrap.
