Diode Lead Cutting&Bending

Uses tungsten steel high-strength blades to precisely cut and bend diode leads according to preset parameters.

Cutting accuracy reaches +0.1mm, with smooth burr-free t (cut edges), effectively improving the yield rate of subse.quent welding.  
Resistance Welding  
Employs medium-frequency inverter resistance welding system to achieve high-quality welding of diodes and coppelsheets via precise control of welding current, time, and pressure parameters.

Built-in dynamic monitoring module real-time feedbacks welding quality and automatically rejects defective products.  
Automatic Solder Paste Mounting & Reflow Soldering

Equipped with high-precision solder paste mounting heads to accurately attach solder sheets to welding positions  with 士0.05mm mounting accuracy.

Integrated reflow oven features a five-zone inteligent temperature control system with +2°c zone accuracy to ensureuniform solder paste melting.
