Automatic Casing Feeding 

The vibratory bowl works with a belt conveyor to supply casings, and sensors identify the positive and negative poles ofcasings to prevent mixing and ensure production continuity. 
Automatic Pressure Block Feeding

The vibratory bowl is paired with a linear feeding mechanism to supply pressure blocks. Sensors detect the presence of materi.als: the equipment operates when materials are available, stops when materials are exhausted, and gives audio-visual alarms.

Wire Stripping 
Eauipped with a servo wire stripping device, the blade depth can be adiusted via parameters, and high-streneth bladesmake smooth cuts without damaging copper wires. 
Casing and Wire Riveting 
A terminal machine, together with precision molds and pressure sensors, monitors the riveting process in real time throughpressure curves to ensure the riveting compression ratio and firm, non-loose connections. 
Pressure Block Ultrasonic Welding

With a closed-loop controlled ultrasonic welding system,the ultrasonic amplitude is precisely regulated through frequencyfeedback to achieve high-strength welding between pressure blocks and casings. After welding, a displacement sensordetects the welding height again. 
Diode Performance Testing 
A specialized diode tester automatically detects core parameters of diodes, such as forward voltage drop and reverseleakage current,and automatically generates and saves Excel files. 
Casing Laser Marking 
A fiber laser marker engraves information such as production date, batch number, and QR code on the side of the casing tomeet the traceability requirements of the product's full lifecycle. 
Servo Sorting Robot Arm 
Qualified and defective products are automatically classified according to test results.
